Neurodiversity - Affirming Consultation Groups

Neurodiversity-affirming practitioners often feel isolated as they work to provide anti-ableist support and services in their practices and communities. We long for information and for therapeutic strategies that were not included in most professional training programs. Neurodiversity affirming consultation groups provide an affordable way to get ongoing consultation and support.
Since their inception in 2020, these groups have been the jewels in my work week. Whether you are a new or an experienced neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, ND-affirming consult groups provide supportive community, help with challenging cases and issues, and expand your resource network. If this sounds good to you, please fill out an application for the wait list for the next round of groups. If you would like to discuss the groups before committing, please note this in the form. New groups start in April and October of each year and applications can be sent at any time.

Testimonials
"This group has been a much needed and deeply appreciated anchor for me as an autistic clinician."
Anonymous, New York
'Being part of Finn Gratton's consult group is the best professional decision I made after completing my licensing. I have learned so much from Finn directly, and from the other participants, many of whom are also long-time group attendees. Finn's facilitation skills are unparalleled - I've never been part of such a nourishing, supportive, integrative and expansive group experience. They lead by example, welcoming people as they are and offering them compassionate reflection, insight and space to allow them to grow as clinicians, and they set the tone for group members to do the same. What has emerged from Finn's groups is a network of committed, skilled clinicians who can and do collaborate, skill share and connect to support each other in ongoing refining of their practice. Their capacity to hold and sit with even the heaviest material is refreshing, too rare, and vital to their decolonial, anti-racist, anti-ableist teaching and practice. I have so much gratitude for their teaching, leadership and mentorship over the past four years."
